Position Summary

Responsible for driving the implementation of PR campaigns and achieving results for clients as agreed with the account manager. Provides critical day-to-day interface with traditional and social media for client PR campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Implements both traditional media and social media campaigns
• Develops content including opinion pieces, press releases, social media releases, pitches and blog posts
• Provides insight into key trends in the industry which are relevant to clients and create story ideas that generate coverage and buzz
• Participates or manages community relations in key industry forums
• Contributes toward new business pitches

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent ideally in the field of PR, Communications, Marketing, Business or Journalism
• 0-2 years working experience in PR agency with client experience in auto/2b tech industry

Actively communicates via social media platforms

• Proven track record in delivering landmark results in the press and social media

Desired Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification ideally in the field of PR, Communications, Marketing, Business or Journalism
