General Desciption: China Project Departement Manager is the leader of China project execution team. This role is expected to apply industry best-in-class scheme to secure high quality FMS project delivery from 5 dimensions: finance, EHS, delivery, 3rd party vendor managment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
People Management
1.？Lead & drive China project execution team engagement
2.？Lead talent acquisition & development, including but not limited to industries & product knowledge, PM & communication skills
3.？Adopt affiliative leadership to care employees in remote location and/or with high travel/OT rate

Tender Management
1. Review & optimize technical solution proposal (incl. risk evaluation, on-site walking if needed)
2. Prepare commercial & delivery schedule proposal
3.？Engineering project contract review with faciliation from sales and commercial team

Resource & Execution Management
1. Work with business managers for rolling-4-month labor forecast
2. Work with procurement manager for rolling-4-month local purchase forecast
3.？Review PM on project progress for revenue forecast and SOP compliance
4.？Coordinate with EUs/EPCs on labor scheduling update for pending projects
5. Manage execution deviation to minimize risks and uncertainty
6. Update cost sheet and inform finance team for budget update if necessary
7.Facilitate finance team on final accounting and deviation analysis
8.Lead continuous improvement on project delivery for better productivity & quality and higher NPS
9.Lead continuous improvement on technical solution for cost optimization and risk reduction

Vendor Management
1.Facilitate procurement team on current vendor annual appraisal
2.Facilitate procurement team on new vendor sourcing & qualification

Requirements:
1.？Graduate with bachelor degree of Science, project management related majors are more preferred
2.？ >3 years experience on project team resources (labor, finance, etc) and people management (>=3 suboardinates)
3.？Good PM knowledge (PMP or IPMA Level B/C is preferred) and related IT tools (MS Project or PM.com is preferred)
4.？Strong business ethics awareness and skillful on high quality decision-making
5.？Excellent English communications in both oral and written.
6.？Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
7. Skillful on leading the change and driving the results
8.？Self-motivated, decisive, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
9.？Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including potential evening, weekend and holiday work
