Your role :

Are you an experienced Project Management Officer with a proven track record of delivering change-the-bank projects? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, interdisciplinary environment? Do you want to play a key role in bringing our WM China Domestic franchise to the next level?

We’re looking for a Project Management Officer to:

• Help to drive and coordinate all project activities and key initiatives related to WM China Domestic
• Work closely with the project team and functions across the organization to meet project deliverables
• Deliver senior-level status reports to the steering committee and other senior stakeholders
• Help to identify and manage project risks and agree with respective functions on mitigation measures
• Develop strong, collaborative cross departmental relationships to enable timely and quality deliverables
• Handle multiple priorities with energy and enthusiasm
  

Your Team:

You’ll be working in the WM China Domestic team in Hong Kong and in close collaboration with various functions front-to-back. Our objective is to establish a world class wealth management platform and offering for our Chinese clients onshore. As a Project Management Officer, you’ll play an important role in bringing our global best practices and technical know-how into China.

Your Expertise:

• A university degree in economics / business administration (or related field)
• Several years of project management experience (consultancy experience and skills are an advantage)
• Great communicator both written and verbal, and comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Solid organizational skills, not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
