Work requirement:

• New product launches: support new product launches, and front-to-back assessment and IT implementation review

• Change-the-bank: provide advisory and project management support to key projects in China. Monitor status of regulatory commitment by WM COO function and drive other regulatory initiatives.

• Regional management: support regional management meetings and prepare reports/meeting materials for COO review.

Technical qualifications:

• Experience in China financial institutions with sense of China financial institutions operating and regulatory environment preferred
  

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Able to drive complex business programs and able to dissect front-to-back layers of complexity and gaps.

• Have strong cross-functional knowledge (Ops, Finance, IT) and able to drive multiple functions to work on a common goal

• Have good business management experience and able to drive senior management meetings.
