• To understand business process management and business requirements of the projects and translating them to specific software requirements
• Evaluating the information gathered through secondary sources such as workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis
• Discuss the requirements with the solution architect (and development team) and coordinate with customer on the technical feasibility of requirements
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and customer to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs
• Conduct process change reviews, solution reviews
• Participate in workshops for communicating ‘AS-IS’ processes, participate in defining ‘to-be’ process
• Perform Interpreter role during the meetings with the business
• Support in organizational change management and Training
• Documentation of requirements and deliverables (Translation of documents prepared by the development team from English to Chinese)

Background of the resources

• Must have experience working in the area of product life cycle management and product data management
• Must have experience working with one of the PLM applications like Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia etc., Windchill experience is highly preferable

• Must have worked with distributed teams spread across the world and handled similar roles in the past
