Job Description
Official Title: 业务经理 PLF&GHS Business Manager (PLF: Precision Livestock Farming; GHS: Gut Health Solution)
Location: Beijing
Purpose of the position:
- This position is to growth business in Precision Livestock Farming and Gut Health Solutions related products, services and consulting in Asia North Region by managing target customers together with business managers and technical managers to support Animal Nutrition achieving growth target under PL Sustainable Health Nutrition.
Responsibility:
- To deveop business in PLF&GHS in Asia North region (China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan) to support local business development and deploy global roll out of PLF&GHS related products, services and solutions
- To monitor and coordinate account management together with business managers and technica managers as to realize sales from target customers
- To manage new product aunch regarding product positioning, pricing, sale channel management and market promotion to ensure successful and healthy business development in Asia North region
- To coordinate and to provide supports of al commercial related activities within Evonik to accelerate business development in PLF&GHS
- To identify ocalized customer needs together with business manager and technical manager in animal production and food production value chain from customer side to work out on localized package solutions according to specific customer needs
- To maintain market exchange with PLF&GHS group in Germany, to work cosely with them to understand local business situation and market needs, seek and gain support to maximize the return on investment globally as well as regionally
- To anayze market trend and provide market insight to give profound insights on market develop to support PLF&GHS team in Germany in developing of business strategy and product portfolio, innovation on product design and solutions development
- Above tasks require travel >40%
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experiences after graduation with master’s degree
- Experiences in project management and product management is highly preferable
- Successful commercial track record is preferred
- Animal nutrition or Veterinary background is a plus
- Fluent communication in Mandarin and English is a must
- Strong internal (Evonik team) and external (customers, peers in industry) communication.
- High motivation on driving activities and willingness to take challenges
- Strong in work and lead cross function teams
- Strong self-confidence, endurance, proactive working attitude.
- Ability to work in and lead cross functional teams (i.e. technical + sales)
- Master’s degree in veterinary, Anima Nutrition, or similar
- Strong in project and product management
- Min. 5 years of experiences in project management and/or product management after graduation with master’s degree
- Innovative and strategic thinking
- Customer intimacy and commercia sense
