As a PLC and Robot Programming Site Engineer, you will be responsible for Ensuring on Site Installation/Installation Supervision, Programming and Commissioning, can handle a whole project from installation until acceptance, for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Commissioning Manager I, you will test and verify the proposal and design in test station, providing reference for on-site project implementation.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring on Site Installation/Installation Supervision, Programming and Commissioning, can handle a whole project from installation until acceptance
• Ensuring PLC Programming and debugging for electrical system, like conveyor, shuttle, servo motor, stacker and providing timely feedback problems to the electrical design team and following them to update drawing or change proposal.
• Testing and verifying the proposal and design in test station, providing reference for on-site project implementation.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting before and after sales

Your background

• 3 years of experience in relevant industry, better can handle a whole project independently as a site manger
• Sound knowledge of industrial robot (preferred)
• Working background in large mechanical manufacture industry;(preferred)
• Skilled use of Siemens PLC software, can participate in drawing and selection is better
• A Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering, industry automation, or electrical
• Fluency English skills of listening, speaking & writing, reading (reading & writing are must, others are desired)
• Able to travel frequently and work overtime
