• Administrative and secretarial support to GM/AGM

• Arrange and handle daily agenda of GM/AGM

• Participate in meetings, minutes taking and follow-up actions

• Coordinate projects and follow up across Accor North Vietnam

• Support GM/AGM & management team in implementing and complying with the company’s policies

• Maintain good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders



Work Experience

• Bachelor degree required

• 3 years experience in a similar position with strong attention to details

• Multi-tasking and Task management

• Great communication skills

• Guest centric and goal oriented

• Fluent English is required, French speaking is a plus
