We are seeking passionate and motivated musicians with a high level of expertise, an expansive knowledge of their discipline, and experience of teaching to a professional standard. The ability to lead ensemble rehearsals is crucial to this role. Following a Junior
Conservatoire style approach to tuition, candidates will be committed to the education and development of the talented young musicians in our care.

Students (aged 6-18) receive weekly 1-to-1 tuition, small and large ensemble training, departmental group classes and choir experience, as well as masterclasses and workshops from visiting international professionals.

As part of a full-time boarding school, candidates will need to be flexible with regards to working hours.Our school is an English-speaking environment, with many students going on to study abroad at University and Conservatoire.

The successful applicant will be energetic and enthusiastic about working with young people and will share the department’s vision of delivering a creative and rigorous education.
