Purpose of the position/ 岗位设置目的：

Implement sales strategy. Support and manage existing distributors to approach PCS business. Develop new distributors, increase the distributor coverage in responsible area. Promote PCS products in area

执行销售策略。支持和管理现有代理商发展开关业务。发展新代理商，完善负责地区的代理商网络，在区域推广溯高美产品

Key Job Responsibilities / 职责描述：

1. Develop new distributors in uncovered region.

发展新代理商，完善对负责区域的覆盖

2. Support existing distributor to develop their business.

支持现有代理商发展业务

3. Organize training to distributors.

组织对代理商的培训

4. Help distributors to organize seminar and exhibition.

帮助代理商举办推广会

5. Follow up end user, contractor and panel maker, make sure project successful.

跟进区域的最终用户、总包商、盘厂，以最终赢取项目

6. Regular reporting to sales manager.

按要求提交相应的报告给区域经理

7. Work with sales manager to achieve sales target of the area.

在区域经理支持下，完成负责区域的指标

Qualifications / 任职要求：

1. At least 5 years work experience with 2 years experience in direct sales

5年以上销售经验，其中包括2年以上直接跟进客户经验

2. Skills in low voltage industry

具备低压电气行业背景

3. Has resourses in either Guangxi, Fujian area is preferred.

在福建/广西有项目型合作伙伴或者项目型代理商资源优先

4. Good sales & marketing concept and communication skill

良好的销售和沟通技巧

5. Team work spirit
