As an PC Software and Robot Programming Site Engineer, you will be responsible for on-site debugging of WCS/WMS software, assisting software development team to test and improve functions, for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Commissioning Manager I, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting before and after sales.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring on-site debugging of WCS/WMS software, assisting software development team to test and improve functions
• Ensuring On-site debugging of abb robot system, can independently complete the robot system’s programming and debugging
• Assisting development team to develop program interface, such as function development based on robot SDK, etc.
• Testing and verifying the proposal and design in test station, providing reference for on-site project implementation
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting before and after sales

Your background

• 3 years of experience in technical support, service and debugging in automation industry, familiar with logistics automation equipment such as shuttle, stacker, conveyer, familiar with ABB industrial robot is preferred
• Proficient in C # language, familiar with web development and ASP. NET framework
• A Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer, automation, electronic information, etc.
• Fluency in English skills of listening, speaking & writing, reading (reading & writing are must, others are desired)
• Able to travel frequently and work overtime
