1.To ensure timely and safe delivery of all purchases orders within the set cost.
2.To join in develop and implement supply chain strategy and policies in line with the overall business strategy and objectives.
3. To lead continuously improve and develop logistics operational process to increase the efficiency and save cost.
4.To control and optimize the inventory level and structure by managing demand changes, and analyze the trend and take properly initiatives to attain the effective supply capability.
5.To coordinate with engineering, production and sales as well as other related teams to reduce the slow-moving and phase-in/out items.
6.To ensure warehouse operation and inventory management in compliance with Finance procedure, supply chain strategies, company and customer standards.
7. Reduce and avoid the premium freight cost happened and obsolete materials generated.
8.To motivate and coach team members and develop the career path for each individual.
9.To define, measure and review key performance indicators on a regular basis and to define corrective and/or preventive actions when needed.

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above. At least 8 years working experience in logistics management in automotive industry.
2.Good English communication is mandatory.
3.Good knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures.
4.Good knowledge of warehouse management.
5.Effective negotiation skill and coaching skill.
