Main duties:
1. International Mobility (45%):
? Helps to define personnel cost estimate on bidding to acquire contracts
? Manages the Company mobilization policies for projects/Sites
? Processes Immigration and permitting
? Secondments contracts for expats and impats
? Analyses tax planning and Tax obligations (personnel income tax)
? Analyses Social Security planning and obligations
? Manages intra-Group orders
? Supports international project staffing
? Applies International mobility policies
? Executes Impatriation policy and procedures
2. HR Administration (50%)
? E-leave (annual leave & recovery) management
? E-attendance management
? Support on board and exit process
? Employee personal file management
? Residence permit & Shanghai Hukou application
3. Others (5%):
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications Requirements:
Must have:
Working experiences
- Above 2 years’ HR working experience, prefer in MNC
- About 1-2 years’ working experience of International Mobility
Education background
- Bachelor diploma (preferably in human resource management)
Knowledge / Skill
- Fluent in English
- Strong ethics and commitment to TechnipFMC values
- Knowledge on Laws & Regulations (e.g. Immigration & Permitting, International taxation, etc.)
- Ability to ensure data confidentiality
Nice to have:
- Specific experience in the position
- Negotiating skills
- Excellent communication skills (Analyze, Listen and Influence people)
- Presentation skills
- International work experience
