Job content
  • Business development assistant:

    1. Assist Overseas Sales Manager to make and implement market development strategy plan; Collect market information for new area development or new projects or investment;

    2. Collect business operation data of the electrical industry or target companies, and conduct preliminary analysis to form a report;

    3. Assist Overseas Sales Manager to make and implement business visit plan;

    4. Communicate with identified contacts during the project development process and confirm the meeting schedule;

    5. Collect Electrical Industry exhibition information, arrange the visit or organize the exhibition work;

    6. Organize technical conference, Prepare and make company and product presentation documents;

    7. Arrange company and product advertising;

    8. Prepare and make Company profile, product catalogue and other advertising or marketing documents.

Overseas sales operation and assistant:

1. Arrange client workshop visit and FAT (schedule plan, transportation and hotel booking etc.);

2. Customer relationship maintenance, including but not limited to customer project follow-up, quotation follow-up, order execution follow-up, business visits, etc.

3. Arrange team meeting, external on-site and tel-conference meeting;

4. Assist overseas sales manager to follow up sales team management like: follow up KPI achievement, business trip plan and cost management; business trip report etc.

5. Translation and preparation of business contracts or agreements;

6. Daily work and data management.

You should be:
  • Foreign company work experience is preferred;
  • 3-4 years marketing work experience is preferred;
  • 3-4 years of industry or market experience are preferred;
  • Excellent self-management ability;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills is must;
  • Good interpersonal skills with a keen sense of customer service;
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
  • Incredibly efficient and highly organized ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines;
  • Strong PC skills and demonstrated typing skills;

Willingness to business trip.
