In Asia Bankers Club, we value every talent, every candidate and every employee.  To cope with our rapid expansion, we are looking to recruit a full time employee for the role of Overseas Property Product Development Director.

• Identify new residential property developments globally but with a strong focus in the UK 
• Contact the property developers to introduce our distribution platform
• Convince property developers to sell their projects in Hong Kong via large scale exhibitions which are paid for by our own company
• Conduct due diligence on each project before onboarding them onto our platform
• Liaise with property developers to receive the marketing materials and communicate with our in-house marketing team to ensure we have sufficient information of each project
• Provide product training to our group sales team of approximately 60 sales people
• Maintain strong relationships with the property developers as our long term partners

• Bachelor Degree, lived or studied in the UK will be an advantage
• 5+ years related work experience in the overseas residential real estate agency business
• Existing relationships with UK developers is a big plus
• Strong problem solving, communication skills and sales technique
• Outgoing, proactive and results oriented personality
• Good command of written and spoken English (Ability to speak Cantonese is a plus)
