Job Description
(Job Responsibilities)
1. Strategic PR Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for PR campaigns and initiatives.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the PR Specialist, ensuring alignment with overall PR strategy.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
3. Trending Topic Research:
- Oversee the monitoring and analysis of current events, popular culture, social media trends, and digital news to identify relevant topics for the brand.
- Guide the PR Specialist in using various tools and platforms to stay updated on trending conversations and narratives.
4. Content Ideation and Development:
- Brainstorm and propose creative content ideas that align with trending topics and resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure ideas are feasible and in line with our brand voice and guidelines.
- Review and approve content generated by the PR team.
5. Media Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, and editors from international media outlets.
- Craft compelling pitches and press releases to secure editorial coverage and features.
- Track and report on media coverage metrics and effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record of successful PR campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated creativity and the ability to come up with innovative ideas.
- A keen interest in pop culture, current events, and digital trends.
- Self-motivated and proactive in exploring new topics and media opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Familiarity with PR tools and platforms is a plus.
