Serve as brand steward of the business by developing and upholding the overarching positioning of the facility, and shape the brand reputation and image
Partner with business development to identify market opportunities, and devise online and offline marketing strategy to drive market awareness and lead generation
Manage the full marketing funnel to track leads, conversion and ROI of marketing campaigns
Drive regular offline events to increase awareness, thought leadership, industry presence and lead generation. Events such as corporate visits, facility tours, industry forums etc. to achieve multiple touchpoints with industry and potential customers
Develop content as part of content marketing strategy
Develop corporate and sales enablement tools such as brochures, corporate videos, banners etc. to support BD efforts
Prepare and issue monthly newsletter to engage potential customers
Maintain corporate social media channels (organic) and leverage them for marketing campaigns (paid)
Manage company website and content
Devise the company’s message house to strengthen value proposition and establish clear market leadership positioning
Identify, engage and partner with industry key opinions leaders across associations, corporations, government agencies and other non-profit organizations to establish presence and thought leadership in market
Manage day-to-day issues and crisis in accordance with company protocols
Manage the corporate branding across digital, online and offline platforms, ensuring that they are aligned with the strategic direction
Position Requirement
Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Management, Communications, Logistics or Aviation related disciplines
5 years or above relevant working experiences in Marketing & PR related areas
Strong storyteller with ability to conceptualize and encapsulate technical and operational information into effective messages and narrative to appeal to global and regional businesses
Extensive connections across Hong Kong media, logistics industry and associations (trade and business)
Ability to devise in-market strategies that leverages synergies across marketing and BD teams to achieve maximum impact
Current knowledge of digital communications techniques and social media engagement is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with employees throughout the company and external partners
Relevant experiences in airlines, air freight forwarders, air cargo or e-commerce logistics, or supply chain related areas will be a plus
Strong business acumen, and good numerical & analytical abilities
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent Mandarin speaking
Good planning & organization, attention to details, and strong sense of ownership & commitment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
