Position Summary:
1. Media planning and management: Media partners cooperation negotiation; Advertisement order placement, ads creation and monitoring; Develop media and industry contacts.
2. Collateral preparation and management (Brochures, flyers, catalogues, visitor guides).
3. Content Generation, include PR planning and press release writing, news articles, print and online ads and content development, newsletters and more.
4. Digital Media Planning and Management, include SEM/SEO management and monitoring, social media account content.
5. Corporate Brand Management and Project management.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Works closely with marketing team to develop compelling collaterals to promote/sell CBME to prospects and international buyers with grabbing and hard-hitting copy.
2. Supports Director for timely preparation of print promotional materials, event newsletters, web content and promotions, social media, press releases, copy to assist advertising and marketing efforts, etc.
3. Plan, manage, execute CBME events sales and marketing plan.
4. Develop, manage and execute advertising and trade show plan to provide CBME China and Global events maximum exposure in international audience
Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years working experience and 3 years management experience
2. Creative mindset with marketing sense, preferably with experiences in PR and Marketing Communications
3. Good media relations and able to pitch for international press coverage; good knowledge of the trends in digital marketing and social media.
4. Experience of working with wide sections of the media - these include national, regional, broadcast, consumer, digital channels, social media.
5. Good interpersonal and communications skills, able to work under pressure with ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines
6. First class planning and organizational skills, with the ability to priority workload, deal with conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines.
7. Fluent English in business.

3. 统筹各类媒体推广、文案及物料的准备及供应
4. 制定及管理全年整体推广预算,定期检查及有效执行
5. 协助完善和优化海外市场推广各项工作流程与制度规范
6. 管理海外市场团队,对团队成员进行培训和指导,协调和配合其他部门工作
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,5年以上市场工作经验,3年以上团队管理经验
2. 流利的英文听说读写能力,能用英语进行商务洽谈
3. 具有敏感的商业和市场意识,分析问题及解决问题能力强,有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力
4. 具备很强的策划能力,熟悉各类媒体和渠道的运作方式,有应变突发事件的能力和较高的谈判能力
5. 形象气质良好,职业素养优秀,具备极强的领导力、协调沟通能力和强烈的责任心、事业感
6. 能适应高强度的工作节奏,具备良好的心理和身理调适能力
