职位描述

1.Project Management:Responsible for overseas roadster project management, make the project master plan, organize and coordinate the domestic and foreign resources, coordinated the R&D and management team of the German subsidiary, controlled the important milestone of the project and organized the review, and promoted the project from feasibility study to mass production

2.Coordination:As the project coordinator of overseas subsidiaries, lead in the communication and resource allocation between the headquarters and overseas subsidiaries on R&D, manufacturing, sales, finance, after-sales and other related modules, so as to ensure smooth communication between the two sides and solve problems

3.Organization:Set up and optimize the domestic and foreign project management process, R&D, manufacturing, financial and other systems

4.Risk control:Identify project risks and effectively track and resolve them through management tools

5.Others:Follow up and finish other work assigned by headquarter and subsidiary

专业：汽车工程专业相关，汽车市场及营销专业相关

英语水平：熟练-六级

工作年限：5-8年

知识与技能：More than 5 years of international market experience in the automotive industry, engineering background necessary

Strong ability of adapting to the different regional and cultural behavior, and be able to take business overseas

Strong desire for achievement, goal orientation and strong execution

Proficient in English as a working language, German / Russian / Persian / Spanish / Arabic / French with priority
