Overseas HR Assistant/Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Support overseas HR affairs, including but not limited to staffing and hiring (non-technical roles), HR service optimization and agent management.

2. Assist HRBP on ad hoc projects delivery in overseas, follow up the execution in a timely manner.

3. Coordinate HR events between Corp. and overseas whenever applicable, i.e. help on converting HR documents, newsletter, announcement and etc. into English versions.

4. Take care overseas HR data exchange, consolidating and maintaining through a proper/compliance way.

5. Be the key contact between HRSSC and local liaisons for overseas.

6. Support overseas HRIS build up.


Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree, major in HR and management, psychology, English and etc.

2. 2 years and above experience, preferable study abroad (English countries) or working in MNC/overseas.

3. Must be able to use English as a working language, fluent in speaking and writing.

4. Able to interact with diverse teams and employees, with good interpersonal skill and intercultural awareness.

5. Smart, active and agility, adapt to a fast paced business and high tech industry.

6. Good command of computer and Microsoft Offices (outlook, word, excel, ppt and etc.).
