Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the development and maintenance of overseas customers, accepting the advice of overseas customers and providing quotes;
2. Be responsible for tracking the process of goods, dealing with after-sales service well and handling the comments from customers timely;
3. Be responsible for handling complaints from overseas customers;
4. Be responsible for overseas agents, and completing the designated operation of sea or air shipping;
5. Be responsible for receiving overseas visitors;
6. Be responsible for tracking the goods who have been exported to overseas, the daily communication and coordination with overseas agents.
Qualification:
1. With four or more English level, fluent ability to read and write, give priority to international trade related professional;
2. With more than two years of relevant industry experience, and more than one year working experience in overseas customer service, to be familiar with the process of freight forwarding;
3. With a strong sense of responsibility, the good skills of communication and coordination, subject to the work arrangements of company;
4. Have a strong ability to express language and to convince the customers;
5. Be familiar with the transport process of sea and air, and master the skills of sales and customer service;
6. With a good sense of teamwork.
