Job Description
1) According to the company and business needs, participate in the overseas customer service team's training course system construction and training implementation;
2) Enabling the customer service team through training, improving the professionalism of the customer service team, and responsible for the training effect;
3) Communicate closely with quality control and other business colleagues, pay attention to the new needs of training and training results of the data feedback, and use this to produce updated training courseware;
4) Establish the sharing mechanism of excellent customer service cases or negative cases, and develop the corresponding courses through the cases to continuously optimize the customer service knowledge base and service awareness.
Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above, any one of the following languages to achieve C1 level or above: German, Polish, Dutch, Hebrew, Finnish, Romanian, Danish, Irish, Filipino, Norwegian, Malay, Magyar, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Estonian, Latvian, Croatian, Lithuanian, Zulu;
2) Familiar with the construction of training system, mastering the ability of course development, design and teaching integration;
3) master the basic project management thinking, with the ability to independently plan and implement training programs;
4) good communication, good problem analysis and solving ability, organization and coordination ability, execution.
