职位描述

1.Manualand process development:responsible for the development and management of the manual and diagnosis related to after sales

2.Technical problem solution:coordinate with R&D and QA department to solve the after sales problem on the cars

3.Overseas support:provide technical support to overseas partnership

4.Partnership selection:participate to the supplier choice with the service department, make sure of the supplier technical excellence and its ability to support with technical information

5.Others:Implement other assigned tasks

专业：汽车市场、工程技术专业相关

英语水平：熟练-六级

工作年限：5-8年

知识与技能：More than 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry, some engineering background necessary

Familiarity with after sales technical business

Strong ability of adapting to the different regional and cultural behavior, and be able to take business overseas

Strong desire for achievement, goal orientation and strong execution

Proficient in English as a working language, German / Russian / Persian / Spanish / Arabic / French with priority
