Organizational Development Manager (Job ID: 2676)
Position Summary
- Reporting to the Senior Manager & Section Head - Organizational Development Section, the Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives to promote the Bank’s Culture Reform and Staff Engagement programmes, including employee survey, and other special programmes in relation to organizational development, corporate social responsibilities, corporate volunteers services, staff relations and well-being activities.
- Responsibilities
- To plan, organise and execute various initiatives to promote the Bank’s culture, VMV, staff engagement/staff relations/CSR activities, with positive impact within the Bank and the community.
- To prepare and consolidate BEA Group’s data for the Culture Dashboard and conduct analysis to allow different culture indicators to be triangulated.
- To design, implement and administer staff engagement/recognition programmes and ensure the planned activities/programmes are delivered in a quality and efficient manner.
- To develop innovative communication channels and structure that foster the drive for effective staff communications of the Bank's culture and staff engagement activities via the Bank’s intranet, Staff Newsletter, etc.
- To supervise subordinates to administer staff relations programmes, such as Employee Assistance Programme, Staff Privileges Scheme, Long Service/Retirement Awards and other staff health/caring programmes, and foster continuous innovation in programme design to drive positive staff experience and engagement.
- To act as the Primary Designated Complaint Officer to escalate/handle customer complaints about staff members as and when appropriate.
- To prepare the annual budgets and related expenses reports in relation to organizational development, staff engagement and staff relations.
- To assist in organising bank-wide employee survey and support necessary follow up actions and analytics on the survey results.
- To support ad-hoc or special projects as and when required.
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in human resources management, of which at least 4 years in organization development, HR business partnering, talent management, staff relations, staff engagement and/or culture building.
- Ability to lead a team and build trust and rapport with different stakeholders in the Bank.
- A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Good planning, innovation, organising, analytical, project management and collaboration.
- PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
