As an Order Handing Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process., in Electrification Business Area in Jiangmen, China, ensuring outbound product delivery and tracking.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
- Handling order requirements according to ISO and SOX to identify, analyzing and resolving problems in order handling
- Dealing with customer’s inquiry regarding delivery time, logistics arrangement etc. according to certain clients’ specific requirements, preparing the certification of original
- Informing customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifying any questions. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process
- Providing report on customer goods received record for accounting department to ensure in-time collection of revenue. Monitoring customer credit
- Tracking regular target performance and providing results to management. Coordinating with planning department for confirming the lead time of the SO and delivering the goods on time
- Confirming delivery time in time and offer OA (Order Acknowledgment) to customers. Preparing for delivery schedule ahead of time and keep customers informed, Creating delivery note (DN) and pass to WH
- Arranging and monitoring out-bound delivery from factory to customers. Booking air/sea/International express bunk for shipment base on customer requirement. Keeping customer informed shipping details (Invoice, packing list, B/L etc.) and checking transport report that goods arrive to destination on time
- Preparing customs related documents for export activities

- Looking for fresh graduates
- Professional product knowledge
- Professional knowledge and operation proficiency on SAP system
- A Bachelor’s degree with international trade, marketing or equivalent experience. Familiar with export procedures
- Fluency in English both speaking and writing, CET 6
- Confident and independent to problems solving
- Good team spirits
