Job Description
上海市 闵行区

Key responsibilities:

  • Create new business partner in SAP based on customer supplied information;

在SAP 中创建新客户

  • Create sales order with Non-stock materials/ Free of Charge/ down payment/ lean return/ credit memo/ debit memo.

创建各种类型的销售订单

  • Provide order confirmation to customers and sales team timely to meet customer satisfaction.

回复SOA (销售确认单) 给客户

  • Create outbound delivery note.

创建出货单

  • Coordinate with Engineer on verification of system configuration;

与工程部门确认客户的配置信息

  • Coordinate with logistics/Finance on shipping document/invoice preparation for customs process and requirements

提供发货信息给物流部门,以便物流部门提前准备发货资料

  • Create IV billing for intercompany and Create billing documents for external customers

发货完成后,分别给集团客户和外部客户开票

  • Track order issues/ edit incomplete field.

跟踪及完善订单的各类问题

  • Process the RMA request once it is approved by management.

处理整机及配件相关的RMA

  • Prepare commission documents and update commission report.

准备佣金文件给财务,以便付款

  • Ensure that shipping instructions are observed.

确保发货信息准确无误

Professional Skills/ Abilities:

  • College above, in administration, economic or relevant;
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills. Be proficient in operation skill on Microsoft.
  • Basic oral and written in English.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High committed and organized.

  • Self-motivated, hardworking and team work heart.
