Job Description
    • Roles and Responsibilities

      Service Sales Orders
      • Reviews the Spares and Service purchase orders for their completeness and accuracy comparing to a quotation / the price list
      • Creates the Sales Order. Route it following the process for review and approval.
      • Send an Order Acknowledgement to Customers
      • Keep Track of order status. Report Weekly. Communicate with customers if there are any changes to the ship date and/or orders.
      • Close out the Sales Order when the order is complete (delivered)

      Internal Orders
      • Reviews an Internal order requests for their completeness and accuracy
      • Creates the Sales Order. Route it following the process for review and approval.
      • Acknowledge orders with ship date to the requestor after collaborating with Operations & Manufacturing. Review schedule / back-log with manufacturing & operations regularly and communicate with requestor if there is any change.
      • Close out the Sales Order when the order is complete (delivered)

      RMA (Return Material Authorization)
      • Issuance of RMA number upon getting the RMA Request Form
      • Review the RMA Request Form and enter in the Expandable
      • Maintain and update a RMA log in shared cloud drive
      • Keep track of aging of each RMA and alert company and customer for over-due RMAs
      • Publish weekly receiving, shipping, backlog RMA report.

      Inventory Verification and Transaction
      • Quarterly and annual inventory confirmation at an internal and off-site inventory locations.
      • Process the usage and addition in each inventory location using Expandable

      Qualifications

      Technical Skills

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred, but not required.
      • 2 – 5+ years of order administration experience in a Manufacturing environment
      • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping arrangement
      • Familiar with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Words, Power Point and Outlook.

      Communication Skills and Performance

      • Team Player. Able to communicate and work with remotely located staffs.
      • Adhere to the defined processes
      • Able to work independently without supervision.
      • Organization (document and files) and Time Management skill.
      • Excellent on-line communication in English
