We are now looking for candidates to join us as junior/senior solution consultants for Supply Chain Management solutions. Working as a consultant with Oracle, you will implement true cloud based solutions based on Oracle’s modern best practices and contribute to major projects. You will design and deliver innovative solutions for our customers to help them succeed in their own businesses now and in the future.

You will join a group of highly skilled consultants with functional and technical backgrouds. You shall also work with Solution Architects and Project Managers with a track record delivering innovative solutions using the latest Oracle technologies, tools and methods.

Main Activities\:

·         Participate in the presales and implementation projects

·         Fasilitate and perform workshops of your own field of expertice

·         Design and deliver the solution of Oracle Cloud SCM according to Oracle modern best practice to meet and exceed customers expectations

·         Perform System Tests

·         Support Customers on their activities such as trainings, testings and change intiatives

·         Lead Offshore activities

·         Act as a sub-project manager

• QUALIFICATIONS\: 
  B.Sc or M.Sc on suitable topic such as SCM, logistics, industrial engineering

• Prior experience on SCM, Maintenance, Production on manufacturing industries is highly appriciated as a role such as trainee, consultant, subject matter expert, process/product owner, application specialist

• Prior experience on modern ERP, SCM, WMS software

• Problem solving attitude through computing solutions and ability to apply theories into practice

• Curious and excited mind set to learn new industries, best practicies and supporting technologies

• Desire to develop your skills in Consulting and Technology

• Willingness to succeed in a dynamic Consulting Environment

• Willingness to travel

• Good communication and networking skills

• Fluency in English and Swedish are requested

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
