Oracle Energy and Water is looking for dynamic, high-performing interns who have a strong interest in Consulting and how it can help our customers’ businesses succeed. We help energy and water companies to deliver every facet of essential infrastructure with our products and offer you a focus on
- Customer Service and Billing
- Advanced Metering
JOINING ORACLE ENERGY AND WATER CONSULTING DELIVERY GLOBAL BUSINESS UNIT
At first, you will be trained (e-training and shadowing) on:
- Introduction to Energy and Water Industry
- Business processes covered by the product
- Methodology to implement a project
- Product (Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter)
You will then participate in our projects, working with our consultants so you can become an autonomous consultant within Oracle Energy and Water Global Business Unit
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute as a team member to customer projects
- Use a structured project delivery methodology
- Participate in projects delivery with high quality and high customer satisfaction
- Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to Oracle Utilities Solutions
- Design solutions using Oracle Energy and Water functions and features
- Build successful customer relationships
- Connect, engage, and build the broader Oracle Energy and Water and Oracle community
- Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and peers to facilitate on-time and on-budget project delivery
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- IT Engineering School, looking for a final internship with a permanent role possibility after the internship
- Technical skills on HTML, JAVA J2E, Web Services, Database & SQL, Data Modelling…
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement-orientation
- Willingness to join a dynamic and multinational team
- Self-driven personality
- Interest in technology and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Oracle products or previous experience in the IT or Energy and Water industry will be useful though not essential
- Fluent French/English (850/990 TOEIC)
