Job Description

The Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) is looking for a Platform Partnerships Manager that will be responsible for leading and managing a team focused on growing our business with key consumer and tech platform Partners. This person’s mission is to facilitate increased ODC product adoption, revenue, new business opportunities, and visibility across some of the fastest-growing platforms in the ad industry such as The Trade Desk, Amazon, Pinterest, Verizon, AT&T, and more.

 

In this role, you will\:

Manage a team tasked with leading the day-to-day client relationship, and run point on all ODC Partner engagements

Evangelize the differentiated value of ODC solutions for greater awareness and adoption of ODC products across the Partners you manage.

Negotiate business, commercial, and integrations terms with Partners

Cultivate, strengthen, and grow Partner relationships.

Implement cross/up-sell opportunities that increase distribution and ODC usage within media and tech platforms.

This critical role reports to the Head of Platform Partnerships and works closely with other members of the Partner Management leadership team. This is not a digital media sales position but an opportunity to interface with all parts of the digital ad-tech ecosystem, acting as the primary evangelist for Oracle Data Cloud products and services available across our Partners. Skills and Qualifications\:

8 years sales, account management, or business development experience working with advertising agencies, publishers, or digital media providers (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, FMPs).

Demonstrated track record in the ability to build and grow revenue oriented businesses.

Experience navigating senior level relationships and negotiating with Fortune 500 companies.

Advanced understanding of the Internet and online advertising techniques

Strong understanding of data-driven practices across audience, context, and measurement.

Strong understanding of both online and offline measurement tools and solutions

Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to make executive level presentations.

Ability to manage within a very dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Demonstrated ability to self-motivate yet prize team collaboration.

BA/BS degree required.

 


!|!Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Executes the strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle Partners and executing the Partner Engagement plan. Establish and maintain partner preference for Oracle solutions. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. May frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.
