Responsibilities
1.Work in the field of high-power fiber-coupled diode laser devices in Zhangjiang High-Technology Park of Shanghai
2.Provide daily technical support to high volume diode laser production in Shanghai
3.Work closely together with production and quality team

Job Descriptions
1.Train production personnel, document work instructions, lead continuous process improvement projects, and optimize/automate existing processes
2.Drive continuous improvement tasks utilizing wide variety of analytical techniques, such as SPC, Gage R&R, DOE, and six sigma concepts
3.Help define manufacturing methods, specs, & process flows
4.Evaluate, procure, and qualify new manufacturing equipment and tools

Requirements
1.>=2 years of project experiences in optical process or product development of semiconductor based components, sub-systems, fibers, precision optical and electro-mechanical assemblies
2.Master degree in Science/Engineering - Optics, Physics, Lasers, or related majors
3.Good analytical and practical knowledge of geometrical and physical optics
4.Good data analysis & problem solving skills
5.Good team work spirit and responsible attitude
6.Good communication skills, open-minded, self-motivated and a quick learner
