What you will do?

As a Operator 1, you will enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer by building and distributing product for the pharmaceutical industry on time with quality in a highly regulated environment

•Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and move about the production area as needed.

•Production Area is a clean room which is requires specific gowning.
•Clean room temperatures are normally in mid to high 60s Fahrenheit with humidity above 30%.
•Ability to work with both hands to move, handle and manipulate product.
•Ability to reach at the shoulder and away from the body.
•Occasional processes include forceful gripping and pushing.
•Must be able to work with small hand tools and powered equipment.
•Ability to bend, lift, and twist.
•Must be able to lift and move objects ranging from only a few ounces up to 30 pounds regularly.
•Objects of various sizes and shapes will be handled or moved on table surfaces, storage bins and racks.

•Occasionally team lifting will be required to handle of an awkward shape.
•Team lifting will be required to lift objects over 50 pounds.

How will you get here?
Education

High School Diploma or GED Required

Experience

2 years production experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good verbal/written communication
• Ability to follow complex procedures
• Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles
• Ability to work in a team environment
