Summary of Position:

As an operations specialist for our E-Commerce Marketplace, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day activities, analyzing business operations and identifying customer needs in order to bring the two closer together.

You must be a passionate gamer in order to succeed in this position within our Company.

About the Role
• Collect internal/external feedback to improve operations
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities
• Identify new partnerships and maintaining existing relationships
• Collaborate with internal partners, including our Technology and Product Teams, to ensure all new integrations operate smoothly
• Define, build and analyze metrics for the success of our Marketplace
• Track and Analyze Reports to determine trends and variances
• Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts
• Identify areas in which positive changes can be made
• Develop Improvement Plan to align efficient business operations
About You
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• English proficiency
• Must love gaming and technology
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Experience at an eCommerce or Fintech company would be a plus
• Willingness to get your hands dirty- you must love to build things
