Responsibilities:

• Fully handle the business planning and operations of a new children indoor amusement center located inside a major shopping mall.
• Responsible for all operations aspects including construction project follow-up, play equipment handling, facility maintenance, staff hiring & training, customer servicing and and membership program.
• Full P/L responsibility including budgeting, revenue drive initiates and cost controlling.
• Develop marketing and promotion plans, work with potential partners for any joint promotion opportunities.
• Provide high-standard customer serviceto encourage repeat customer visitations, and handle diplomatically customer inquiries and complaints.
• Develop group business for the amusement center, such as corporate and school bookings, private or birthday parties, and develop educational programs for students and childen customers.
• Conduct market researchand competitive analysis from time-to-time, and based on the evaluations to develop new products and service programs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in managing and operating children amusement centers, theme park or family related entertainment facilities.
• Experience in developing operation and customer service procedures, and membership program setup.
• Understand the latest market trend in family amusement business, children play equipment and children training programs.
• Strong in leadership, business plan execution and staff training
• Passionate in children entertainment products & services, and eagerness to become a part of this fast growing business.
