Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review the overall operations flow, develop and suggest improvement plan to smoothen the process and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations management function in the whole.
• Represent the supply chain teams across the organization, communicating and working effectively with other functions (factories, service partners, sourcing, quality, sales, customer service), both locally and internationally, to meet the business goals.
• Closely monitoring daily operations against service measurement criteria to ensure efficient daily operation.
• Work with team members to meet performance targets, providing clear support and guidance where required. To address performance issues and ensure they have the support and opportunities to develop to their full capability.
• Develop, lead and implement supplier efforts to reduce cost, inventory and lead time. Lead and drive extensive cost reduction through negotiations.
• Plan and establish a high efficiency and excellent service supply chain system consisting of planning, inventory level, distribution, delivery service.
• Monitoring timely processing of sales orders according to the established SOPs and procedures in the information system.

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 5-year experience in operations/supply chain management.
• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, customer service, transportation, logistics, warehousing operations including negotiations and 3PL oversight.
• Good verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills (English and Mandarin).
• Excellent project management skills. PMP is a plus
• Critical thinking & problem solving to assess supply chain opportunities and provide actionable outcome-based solutions.
• Practical knowledge of the application of information technology in supporting supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business results.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
