This role is to be responsible for factory operations management including production, supply chain and engineering.

Set operations strategy and meet forecast needs

Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost

Manage production output including Marco and subcontract partners.

Manage and improve operations procedures

Monitor and analyse production provision to check effectiveness and develop improvement strategies where necessary.

Analysing statistics and lead production planning function through ERP system.

分析统计生产报表结果并据此统筹安排生产计划

Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency

不断寻找提高生产效率的新技术和新方法

Maximise and maintain margin on product build

尽可能争取生产各个环节的利润最大化

Implement healthy and safety management according to legal requirement

Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout, managing supply chain team to ensure targeted stock levels are maintained and stock reduction, where possible, championed at all times.

Set and maintain global targets for OTD, OEE and stock accuracy

Planning and controlling products design changes to system, managing new product introductions in conjunction with R&D.

Work with quality department to reduce quality issues and minimize waste.

Embed quality right-first-time culture in staff

Candidate Profile 任职要求：

Experience in similar role. Experience in electronic appliance industry preferred.

具备类似管理经验,电器行业优先

Self-driven and able to work under pressure

工作自觉主动且能承受压力

Strong sense of execution

具有执行力

Excellent negotiation skills

杰出的沟通技巧

4 years college graduated

全日制本科以上学历

Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking

英语听说读写流利
