The CBSO Geo Lead position is responsible for the general operation and results of the CBSO operation for one geographical unit. CBSO is a DCG support organization that handles Service Contracts. It works very closely with the Sales organizations (both Direct and Business Partners), but also has direct contact with End Customers. We cover the full E2E lifecycle of a Service Contract, including quoting, entitlement, billing, and supporting internal and external customers through the contract life. We handle about 2,500 cases every month. These are your detailed responsibilities: • You have overall management responsibility for your geo unit • Define and Run the area’s Business Management System, including Operational Metrics, Service Level Agreements, Reporting, Operational Reviews, Geo Reviews, Team and 1x1 Meetings • Overall HR responsibilities: hiring, motivating, evaluating personnel. Run the OHRP (Organizational and Human Resources Program) and IDP (Individual Development Plan) processes • Interlock with other organizations, including Sales, IT, Accounts Receivables, and others depending on the specific need. Interlock with other geos and align with WW practices • Drive specific projects for your geo, such as IT/Legal changes. Work with the LSCS WW team to drive improvements/solve issues in our LSCS (Lenovo Services Contract System) tool Organization You will report to the CBSO Global Lead position, supporting customers in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region.
