Key Responsibilities

• Manage site team for Baggie Handling System in QingDao JiaoZhou Airport, maintenance achieve KPI according to Service contract;

• Follow up problems solving and open issues until final resolved;

• Continuous improvement of Baggie Handling System performance;

• Regular submit monthly/weekly/Quarterly KPI reporting to customer and Headquarter

• Direct streamline communication with the customer to ensure maximum synergy between operations of the Baggie Handling System in QingDao JiaoZhou Airport;

• Response and follow up with Service Center in Shanghai and Global service desk for site troubleshooting, Root Course Analysis, solution implementation and summarized report

• Response and follow up 3rd Party Supplier for spare parts, troubleshooting, Health Check and final solution implementation

• Project budget&AR controlling, including cost, Contribution Margin, invoice, payment status

• Team management for Site Maintenance staff’s development, motivation driving, performance improving

• EHS Management for Site Asset, Employees, Environment as well as Security

• Site Service Business development support, co-work with Sales on business potential development, solution proposal, quotation, order intake, etc

• Location of work is QingDao JiaoZhou airport

• Report To Reginal Service Contract Manager

Required Qualification

• Bachelor degree or plus, major in electrical, mechanical engineering, Automation, Computer science, etc

• At least 5 years relevant working experience in Foreign owned company, Joint-Venture enterprise;

• At least 2 years relevant working experience as Key Account Management on customer of State owned Enterprises or Companies

• At least 3 years experience in management / team leader function

• English skills ( read, write, speak )

• Proper communication capabilities.

• Leadership management Skill

• Experience onto Automation industry , especially onto Logistic Distribution Business is preferre
