Quality Control:

• Focusing on the management of authorized activities and the accuracy and quality of records
• Ensuring that initial and continuous training programmes are implemented and maintained
• Coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations for medicinal products
• Ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively
• Ensuring that self-inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged programme and necessary corrective measures are put in place
• Keeping appropriate records of any delegated duties
• Ensuring that any additional requirements imposed on certain products by national law are adhered to
• Responsible for ensuring proper storage of products a per the label claim
• Storage areas shall be maintained in line with good storage practices
• To ensure the premises and the storage areas are cleaned as per the cleaning schedule and verifying the same on daily basis
• Responsible for recording the temperature of all areas using dataloggers and downloading the data loggers every working day and printing the recording , review/sign  the temperature data print out
• Resetting the data loggers for recording the temperatures.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping Documentation and investigation of all deviations observed.
• Appropriate Corrective and Preventive action (CAPA) implementation Ensure personal hygiene of all the staffs working in the Warehouse.
• Management of Pest Control treatment program
• Ensure all equipments used for monitoring data should be calibrated at defined intervals.
• Ensuring the functionality of Temperature alarms on quarterly basis and recording
• Ensure all stocks are kept under lock and key facility
• Ensuring all orders received at the depot are as per SOP
• Ensure all cheques are kept in safe custody under lock and key facility.
• Ensure all Equipments and AMC’s are valid and records of AMC available
• Faciliate Audit and answer Querries

Redressing Operations:

• Oversee quality control activities for redressing operation
• Perform inspection of redressed products
• Perform quality check and release

Inbound Operations:

• Quality control of inbound receiving operations
• Stock Receiving (STO) Process
• Stock placement at right warehouse location

Outbound Operations (Order dispatches)

• Quality control of outbound processing operations
• Cold Chain packing as per the SOP.
• Filing & Maintaining the record for easy retrieval.
