The initiative currently focuses on solely the Creative Production part of our Marketing Services business. The project focuses on all teams dedicated to the delivery of work output to the client, including: solutions & implementation, on-shore, near shore and off-shore teams, quality assurance and quality control teams
Key Accountabilities/Activities
? Collect data requirements and relevant information to support initiatives across the Operational Excellence Programme
? Analyse data, formulating and testing hypothesis, developing and communicating recommendations
? Present complex data driven analysis effectively and concisely to a variety of stakeholders across the organisation
? Contribute to the optimisation of data analytics across the programme ensuring focus on value add activities, alignment of processes and systems to avoid duplication etc
? Support the implementation of recommendations and more broadly of project initiatives as and when required in collaboration with other team members
Personal Requirements
? Degree holder in relevant discipline ie. Economics, Business, etc.
? 5+ years of experience, business operational experience is a definite a plus.
? Consultant/analyst from large corporate background or consulting/advisory firm
? Excellent command of English language skills, additional Asian language is a plus
? Demonstrated aptitude for data analytics
? Exceptional analytical and qualitative problem-solving skills
? Experience and knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting including working with and reporting on Finance data
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people across all levels and geographies of the organisation
? Ability to synthesise complex data analysis into simple focused messages and insights
? Collaborative working style with the appetite to contribute to overall project initiatives
? Highly-proficient in Excel (experience in other advanced analytics tools a plus e.g. Tableau, Visio, Alteryx, SQL experience)
? Knowledge of intercultural sensitivities a plus
