Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage incoming calls / emails to ensure customers feedback, queries and referral of services are answered promptly
  • Provide timely responsive to customer feedbacks or enquiries (engage with customer & ensure follow up is made)
  • Ensure proper closure of each call and case
  • To attend to customer enquiry in an amicable and professional manner
  • Handle and processing bulk purchase
  • Handle and processing orders for vouchers
  • Handle and execute event related matter
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Execution of any other ad-hoc assignment
 
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum educational level of ITE / A-Level / Diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette
  • A strong customer service mind-set
  • Good problem solving skills and communication skills
  • Strong attention for detail and good time management; able to multi – task
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Applicants with experience in the field of Customer Service experience will be an advantage
