Responsibilities:

1) Lead and build continuous improvement culture

2) Lead and drive continuous improvement projects on productivity and service delivery

3) Act us internal change agent, coach and trainer for continuous improvement

4) Develop KPI and identify key improvement opportunities with big business impacts

5) Conduct periodic Value Stream Mapping

Qualifications:

1) Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferable

2) Experience in Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

3) Previous working experience in driving continuous improvement, lean, digitalization and automation projects

4) Consumer product testing experience preferred

5) IT/Programming skill preferred
