3Shape China is looking for an Operational Buyer to join our Global Procurement Department.

Over the past 10 years, 3Shape has successfully launched several revolutionary optical 3D scanner products, serving the audiological and dental restoration industries. 3Shape is ranked as one of the most influential within the global dental technology. It has taken talents to get there and we have ambitions to achieve even more.

You will be part of our Global Supply Chain, with Planning colleagues in Poland, Denmark and US.

Your Profile:

• Solid Experience within Operational procurement (Mechanical and Electronics) - min 3 years

• Advanced ERP knowledge - Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge (would be an advantage)

• Computer literacy (MS Office – mainly Excel)

• Fluent in English, both verbally and writing.

• Able to work across time zones – as anchor production are located in Poland.

  Your Responsibility:

• Operational buying for the local China production

• Execute and manage all internal procurement between the China Factory and Poland anchor production

• Daily Coordination with Planning in regard to material availability

• Daily management of local suppliers

• Cooperate with the global Procurement teams in Denmark, USA and Poland

• Weekly & monthly reporting
