Job Description
Job descriptions:
1. Plan & coordinate administrative things:
- Coordinate with the catering company and property company to support school operation.
- Arrange timetable & route for school bus to ensure students and staff have a nice experience.
- Manage dormitory building & office's refurbishments and the cyclical redecorations;
- Lead the operation team to provide logistic support for all kinds of school events, including venue setup, creation of sign boards and directions, catering and etc;
- Assist in preparing / monitoring budget for all administrative-related items (tea, coffee, milk, cups, Tissues, laundry etc.) and third party’s expenditure.
2. Health, Safety & Security:
Ensure schools and facilities meet the highest standards of hygiene, health and safety;
3 Coordinate with other departments, such as: Marketing & Admissions department, Academic team e.c.t
4. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related areas
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, including prioritisation of work and time management
- Experience in the management of property service and estate management is preferred
- Minimum 3 years proven Administration and Facility Management and client relationship management experience or equivalent
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practise is preferred.
