岗位职责：

1) Managing all the post-launch changes within seatbelt product line purchasing

2) Lead team member on operational issues solution related to capacity and delivery

3) Acting as AS7 leader in SCM

4) Responsible for critical suppliers management and all crisis management

5) Accountable for all seatbelt product line plants purchasing tool & data management

6) Lead team on supplier resourcing strategy application activity in serial supplier

7) Drive on dead tool / stock cleaning up from critical risk supplier claim

8) Lead quarterly overall supplier capacity survey and actions

9) Coach and Manage SCM Operation buyer team on business delivery and growth

10) Act as Global PNA(Part Number Allocation) window in ACH

11) Support to SIOP on supplier capacity management

12) Support to VEVA activity

13) Escalation for critical issue from supplier chain.

任职要求：

1) Above 8 years working experience, experienced in team management is preferred;

2) Experienced in Purchasing or Logistic function area is preferred;

3) Well-known in Seatbelt product is preferred;

4) Familiar to change management process;

5) Fluent English language capability in speaking and writing
