The Operation Manager (Planning and production) will be based in Futian, Shenzhen. The manager will cover Planning, material replenish buyer and production / IE / Facility related function, the manager needs to consolidate all these functions will greatly improve efficiency and collaboration

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Reviews production schedules and validates output with Customer
• Rolls up Planning & Forecasting and share/review with Customer
• Gathers data, tracks, posts and pitches for action plans and root analysis.
• Reviews materials related data analyses
• Writes procedures, inform the sites planners and follow up on Governance
• Responsible for overall coordination with Customer and Flex internal teams for NPI
• Global Governance on BOM/ECO/Planning methodologies and practices
• Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
• Travel as required

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 8 years of experience, has production and planning, program management in Services or contract manufacturing
• Analytical skills and data crunching
• Understanding bill of materials, ECO changes and NPI
• Production and planning experience
• Good ground of ERP and Excel, Agile/ Kinaxis would be a plus
• Fluent English written and oral
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within Flex and Customer’s organization
• Need to be self-starter and proactive
• Ability work independently
• Flexible to work in different time zones.
