职责

1. 根据伊顿业务体系要求，全面负责制造功能的日常运行，包括生产，零件，制造工程以及维护和设施管理。
2. 积极参与新产品开发和本地化，以寻求积极的解决方案以追求系统的卓越运营。
3. 达到或超过制造绩效，衡量进度，控制部门间的工作流程，分析延误或严重的问题/缺陷并采取有效的措施。
4. 评估，确认和推荐人员需求，在生产线上部署ELS和EPS。
5. 对安全，质量，交货，库存，成本，生产率，生产线和人力数量方面的结果负责。
6. 根据适当的绩效指标优化人力和设备资产的利用率，并制定短期和长期战略的工厂产能计划，以满足客户需求。
7. 实施成本支出计划并降低成本，以实现目标利润率。
8. 制定有意义且具有战略意义的功能绩效矩阵并承担责任以推动持续改进。
9. 增强团队能力并改进继任计划，以满足业务增长的需求。

Qualifications

要求

1. 工程/技术学士学位
2. 至少15年相关和进阶经验，最近8年的经理职位经验。
3. 有精益系统和六个西格玛的扎实知识；
4. 制造和业务系统以及质量控制系统
5. 良好的沟通能力，英语口语和口语均流利；
6. 具有较强的领导/人际交往能力，能在压力下工作，有上进心和积极向上的态度，具有良好的团队合作精神；
7. 善于解决问题的能力，并能取得成果。
8. 战略思想和分析思维方式；
