Job-specific requirements:

• Lead warehouse, planning, logistics, maintenance to ensure high-quality service and timely deliveries of our products to customers
• with a strong focus on improving the safety, quality, productivity, cost and resource efficiency of Tikkurila supply chain in China.
• Coordinate outsourced manufacturing activities in China and be the representative of sourcing in China.
• Manage sourcing related activities and to ensure timely, quality and cost competitive supply of raw materials to Tikkurila unit
• Responsible for supplier -negotiations, -selection, -contracts, -development to ensure the best ratio of quality/time/cost/risk to Tikkurila within assigned categories and for Tikkurila China
• Support for category management teams to drive cross-unit synergy and best cost country sourcing opportunities
• Ensure compliance and adherence to Tikkurila sourcing and supplier quality processes and procedures
• Responsible for regular reporting of sourcing KPI′s for China

Education and relevant work/business experience:

• Education and relevant work/business experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management or similar
• . Excellent communication skills and project management skills
• Fluent English and one of Scandinavian language skills, written and spoken
• Experience in working in multicultural business environment
• Excellent leadership capabilities including change management
• Financial understanding
• Competencies in supply chain planning and inventory management; outsourced production management
• Specific knowledge in LEAN and management systems
• Good awareness of law and regulations connected to industry
• Strong negotiations skills with a proven track record of successful negotiations
