POSITION SUMMARY:
Operation current facility at SZ City, GD
Leading a team of cross-functional members, including Process Engineer, Coating Engineer, IE, SCM, Quality Lead to hit the target MP ramp and daily operation
Lead the team to drive higher efficiency and cost down
As the contact window for partner and customer and maintain the good relationship with them

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manages the daily operations, including production, scheduling, prioritization
? Directs and supports staff to achieve overall operation objectives
? Ensures all production training certifications are maintained and current
? Lead regular meeting together with core team
? With the direction from upper management, develops and implements strategic planning initiatives with focus on growth and cost control.
? Plans and executes lean manufacturing requirements using effective systems and simulation tools to optimize, use of space, equipment, material and personnel.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:
? Minimum 8 years plant operations management experiences
? Good management and leadership capabilities. Loyal, good communication skills, self-motivated, good team spirit, work under pressure.
? Must have good leadership in virtual & matrix team environment;
? Must have excellent communication skills; verbal and written in both Chinese and English.
? Good at staff management, include coaching, training and development;
? Strong ability to collaborate with Customer, and various functions of Contract Manufacturer.
? Degree of Industry Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering is preferred.
? Ability to location at SZ long time , and adapt to have business travel to other city in DG and eastern China.
