Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 8-10 years working experience in MNC and 5 years above people management skill with 30+ team size
• Experience in or demonstrated ability to lead people/teams without formal responsibility and interacting and building rapport with teams of all levels, Solid experience of managing the team and ensure high service delivery and execution
• Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience using project mindset to drive improvements
• Experience communicating and presenting to groups
• To receive security clearance all candidates must undergo a background check
• Fluent English both for written and verbal

Job Description:
The Retail Business Service (RBS) operations Manager Supports, coordinates and facilitates structured RBS Defect Elimination activities aligned to our business goals. He or she provide thought leadership to and influence change at all levels in the organization. This role reports to the DE Operations manager(Node Lead). Is responsible for China Defect Elimination teams across Japan node. Works with all levels of management within the organization worldwide.

The successful candidate for this role will be a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about how things work, importance of operational management in any process, is metrics and number savvy, has an analytical mindset and has demonstrated leadership ability. This person will need an ability to see the big picture/whole system and execute on grass root level to improve the overall RBS operations. Additionally, should show success in following-up and getting things done and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric and ever changing environment. Node Operations Manager will interact with different nodes to encourage participation and their support in cross node Kaizen events and will interact with their node counter parts to implement standard practices across all RBS nodes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the execution of the world wide RBS strategy through local management and support teams.
• Implement all relevant procedures described in the under Defect Elimination
• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
• Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
• Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures
• Ensure all Operational metrics meet the goal and drive the continuous improvement
• Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non conformities found
• Verify closure of non-conformities with Certification Bodies
• Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities
• Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department

· Manage, coach and develop a high performing Defect Elimination team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements · Manage and lead the team, ensuring

• Oversees site project portfolio, assisting Kaizen Promotion Officers and individual project managers with execution and delivery of results.
• Communicates across all levels on Operations and program progress.
• Facilitates and participates in meetings as necessary to facilitate growth and network-wide parity.
• Represent site’s needs in other teams’ prioritization processes (e.g. gathers requirements, builds case, and partners with software teams to deliver improvements).
